  • Specifying, procuring delivering and maintaining high volume, highly available, information systems and business systems and functions including; business intelligence, contact centre systems, data warehousing, reporting and service management related projects and programs through the lifecycle from workflow analysis, functional specification, prototyping, through to quality assurance, user acceptance testing, training and business integration.
